PAYMENT CARD DATA REMOVED FROM SCOPE
DTMF-control payment processing services prevent Primary Account Number (PAN) and Card Validation Value/ Code (CVV/CVC) data from entering the contact centre in any form - either voice, DTMF, or visually. DTMF tones entered by the end user are suppressed within our Cloud. This means that PAN and CVV/CVC data is never stored in customer call recording systems.
Existing call-recording systems are therefore removed from the scope of the customer’s PCI DSS assessment, alongside other systems such as call-handling software, and internal telephony.
