Luxury 5-Star Hotel • Mayfair, London, UK
Project Type:
Telephony Infrastructure • Systems Integration • Network Reliability
Overview
The Beaumont Hotel is a luxury five-star destination in the heart of Mayfair, London, renowned for its refined guest experience, attention to detail and discreet operational excellence.
As part of the hotel’s continued growth and expansion, a robust and future-ready communication system was required to support daily operations across guest rooms, front-of-house, engineering and housekeeping — without compromising service continuity.
With a major physical expansion planned alongside an existing live environment, the project demanded careful planning, seamless execution and absolute reliability.
The Brief
The Beaumont Hotel required a complete upgrade to its legacy phone system while maintaining uninterrupted service for guests and staff.
The key objectives were to modernise the telephony infrastructure, support a large-scale hotel expansion, and ensure full compatibility with critical operational systems.
Integration with existing platforms — including Tiger TMS for room bookings and housekeeping, and Ascom fire alarm systems — was essential, alongside a solution that could scale with future development.
Above all, the installation needed to be delivered with zero downtime in a live, high-end hospitality environment.
Our Approach
We delivered a phased, carefully managed rollout designed to eliminate risk while future-proofing the hotel’s communications.
Phased Installation Strategy:
A new phone system was installed alongside the existing infrastructure, allowing testing, configuration and migration without disruption.
System Expansion:
Following the hotel’s 2024 expansion, the system was extended to support additional guest rooms and operational areas, ensuring consistency across old and new sections of the building.
Systems Integration:
Full integration was achieved with Tiger TMS to support bookings and housekeeping workflows, alongside seamless extension of the Ascom fire alarm system into the new hotel wing.
Network Stability:
The entire system was deployed on a dedicated leased line, providing a resilient, always-on communication backbone with guaranteed reliability.
End-to-End Management:
All communication devices — including guest rooms, front-of-house, engineering and housekeeping — were centrally managed for efficiency, control and long-term scalability.
Outcome
The upgraded telephony infrastructure has delivered a reliable, modern communication system that supports the hotel’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
The phased approach ensured zero downtime, protecting the guest experience throughout installation and expansion.
Enhanced system features have improved productivity across departments, while seamless integration with hotel management and safety systems ensures operational confidence.
The result is a scalable, future-ready solution that aligns with The Beaumont Hotel’s commitment to excellence.
